4. Content and Intellectual Property Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, including any text, images, and other materials you provide. However, by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.
Warranties: You warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

5. Payments and Fees
Fees: Our services are subject to fees as outlined on our website.

Payment Schedule:

- First Installment: The first installment of 50% of the total fee is due at the time of initiating the service agreement. This payment secures your project and covers initial setup and processing costs.
- Second Installment and Remaining Balance: The remaining balance, which includes the second installment of 50% will be invoiced upon your final approval of all work. This includes the completed book editing, formatting, and cover design. Once the total remaining amount is cleared, we will proceed with sending your book to print. The book will be printed according to the specifications confirmed during the approval process.

6. Termination and Cancellation Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our services or other users.
Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy.

7. Dispute Resolution
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Deoghar Jurisdiction, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aseem Prakashan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Printing Policy
- Page Number Flexibility: Our publishing packages do not impose any restrictions on the number of pages in your manuscript. You are free to include as many pages as needed to fully realize your work. We strive to accommodate a wide range of manuscript lengths to ensure that your book is presented exactly as you envision it.

Quality Assurance and Reprinting Policy
- Commitment to Quality: At Aseem Prakashan, we are dedicated to ensuring that the final printed product meets your expectations and upholds the highest standards of quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the printed book, please notify us promptly.
- Quality Review: Upon receipt of your feedback regarding the quality of the book, we will review the issue thoroughly. If the quality does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or your expectations, we will take immediate steps to rectify the situation.
- Reprinting Assurance: We will print a new, fresh batch of your book at no additional cost if the initial print does not meet your standards. This reprint will be conducted to ensure that all quality issues are resolved and that the final product aligns with your expectations.

Publication Process
1. Package Selection: Authors begin by selecting a publishing package that best suits their needs from our available options.
2. Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU): Following the package selection, authors are required to review and sign an agreement after thoroughly reading the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provided.
3. First Installment Payment: After signing the agreement, authors must make the payment for the first installment as outlined in the chosen package.
4. Onboarding and Document Submission: Once the initial payment is received, Aseem Prakashan will onboard the author and send a document submission email outlining the required documents.
5. Document Submission: Authors are then required to submit the necessary documents as specified in the submission email.
6. Project Initiation: Upon receipt of the submitted documents, our team will commence work on the project.
7. Dedicated Project Manager: A dedicated project manager will be assigned to oversee the process and serve as the main point of contact for the author, ensuring smooth communication and project management throughout the publication process.

Non-Disclosure of Data
- Package Selection: Aseem Prakashan is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your data. We will not disclose or share any personal or project-related information with third parties without your explicit consent. All data and materials provided by you will be handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Author Approval
- Print Approval Requirement: Aseem Prakashan will not proceed with the printing of your book until we have received your explicit approval on all final materials. This includes the manuscript, cover design, and formatting. We ensure that you have the opportunity to review and approve each element before initiating the print process to guarantee that the final product meets your expectations.
